Meet Rachael

After a few rounds of corporate and startup burnout, I learned the hard way how important our habits are to our success. I was leading teams, chasing big goals, and doing everything I thought I “should” be doing. But underneath the achievements, I was running on empty. That burnout didn’t just happen once—it came in waves, until I finally realized: I couldn’t outwork a lifestyle that didn’t work for me.

That moment of reckoning became the beginning of a much bigger mission.

Today, I’m a motivational keynote speaker, habits expert, coach, best-selling author, and regular contributor to national morning shows. I help high performers and leadership teams ditch burnout, get clear on what matters most, and build simple, sustainable habits that lead to real transformation—in business and in life.

Whether I’m speaking to a room of executives or coaching women who are trying to do it all, I’m not here to just drop another big idea and a shot of motivation. I deliver a personalized plan, practical strategies, and the science-backed habits that help people get where they want to go—without losing themselves along the way.
